The Greek mythological story of Prometheus is the same allegory of stealing fire or knowledge from the Gods, and giving it to humans, thus angering God. Thus Prometheus occutly signifies Lucifer.
The Greek sun god is Helios.
Apollo is known as the Sun god which is mostly related to Lucifer.
Osiris is the symbol of the sun, primordial knowing, the gift of intellect, Lucifer, the light.
Horus represents the Sun in the morning.
